Order Accuracy
Sharpe Safety Supply Inc. insures all orders are double checked for accuracy prior to shipping.

When will my order ship?
All in-stock products are usually shipped within a twenty-four hour period. Factory shipments are shipped within twenty-four to fourty-eight hours. Should any items be backordered or delayed, you will be notified as to expected delivery date. Orders are only shipped weekdays. No shipments are made on weekends. If your order is placed after hours on Friday or weekends. Your order will ship the following Monday.

How will orders ship?
Orders will be shipped via UPS unless size and weight determines shipment must go Common Carrier. All freight charges will be the responsibility of the ordering party and will be prepaid and added to product invoice unless other arrangements for shipping are made prior to shipment. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout for most items, based on the shipping method selected and weight of products. When your order has multiple packages or total shipping weight exceeds 140 pounds. You will be contacted with a corrected shipping charge for approval. Sharpe Safety Supply, Inc. only invoices for actual shipping charges and does not invoice for any handling fees. For some UPS shipments there are additonal fees for certain locations based on your zip code.

Air Shipments
Please note that all Air Shipments have an estimated freight cost. Our shopping cart is unable to correctly calculate what the shipper refers to as dimensional weight. . In this case you will be contacted for the correct shipping charge for your approval.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service. All returns must have an approved return authorization number prior to return. Product should be unused and it's original packaging.
