Quilted Winter liner has a nylon quilted outer shell for excellent wind resistance and a soft red fleece lining inside for warmth. Winter liner is treated with a flame retardant. Nylon Chin strap with Velcro closure is a standard feature. Sewn on Velcro straps for use with Hard Hats. Ideal for moderately cold conditions.
